WASO can connect you with job seekers that have the skills and abilities to work at your business. Many businesses in the community have enjoyed long term partnerships with WASO. They appreciate the support that is given to both the employee and their business by WASO staff.

Services

  • Matching Eligible Candidates

    We will provide you with candidates that are a fit for the position you need to fill. We support a diverse population of job seekers with a wide range of skill sets and levels of experience.

  • On-Site Support

    We can come to your place of business and assist with onboarding your new employee. Once they learn their job, we are happy to continue providing regular check-ins and assist with any issues or questions. We will maintain regular communication with you throughout the entire process.

  • Accommodations

    If your new employee requires an accommodation to do their job well, we can assist! Often accommodations are inexpensive and easy to implement in the workplace.

  • Off-Site Support

    If coming to your workplace is not optimal, we will still provide supports – we can check in by phone or email, and attend any meetings as required.
